HIL (High Intensity Laser) BTL LASER

The use of a laser in physical therapy is a long established method of treating acute and chronic inflammatory processes in the tissue. In laser therapy, we use his photochemical, photomechanical and photothermic effect. With photochemical effects, we act on the permeability of tissue cells and accelerate the enzymatic processes in the cell, which ultimately results in tissue damage regeneration. Photomechanical effect of laser pulse effects creates biostimulative pressure waves in deep tissues, which inhibits the translation of pain by painful nerve fibres and triggers the secretion of endogenous opioids pain inhibitors, while accelerating regeneration and reparation of degenerative processes including cartilaginous tissue. While conventional "cold" laser devices with a power of 0.1 W therapeutically affect only the skin and structures in the subcutaneous tissue (up to 1 cm depth), a new generation of high energy lasers with a power exceeding 5 W allows the penetration of therapeutic laser beams into deeper structures up to 10 cm below the skin and therefore to practically all the tendons of tendons, ligaments and joints of the human body. Exceptional power up to 12W provides outstanding performance at depth and thus impact on deeper tissues and muscles. The continuous, monochromatic laser beam strongly stimulates the treatment and regeneration of most biological tissues. The output power is about 30 to 50 times stronger than conventional cold lasers. HIL lasers feature an almost unlimited depth of penetration. This allows BTL high power lasers the ability to stimulate and treat any painful spot in the body. The use of a pulsed mode of laser operation with wavelengths close to 1000nm creates a photomechanical wave in the subcutaneous tissue. This photomechanical stimulation stops the feeling of pain and brings immediate relief.
